- account and profile information, such as a player identifier, display name, email address, profile image, or information received from a connected platform;
- game activity, progress, interactions, virtual-item transactions, purchase status, and customer-support communications;
- device and technical information, including device model, operating system, language, app version, network information, IP address, device or advertising identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data;
- approximate or precise location information where permitted by your device settings and applicable law; and
- information provided by app stores, social networks, analytics providers, advertising partners, or other third-party services you choose to use.
Payment transactions are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. We may receive transaction identifiers, product information, purchase status, and related verification data, but we do not receive your complete payment-card details.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated automatically when you use the Services, and information supplied by third-party platforms or service providers. Our websites and Services may use cookies, software development kits, pixels, local storage, server logs, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Information

- provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
- create and manage accounts, save progress, deliver virtual items, and verify purchases;
- respond to support requests and communicate service, security, event, and promotional updates;
- measure performance, understand gameplay, conduct analytics, and develop new features;
- show, measure, and improve advertising where permitted;
- detect fraud, cheating, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our Services and partners may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, analytics tools, and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze use, diagnose problems, measure advertising, limit repeated ads, reduce fraud, and provide relevant content. You can control cookies through your browser and mobile advertising identifiers through your device settings. Disabling these technologies may affect some features.
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals, but there is no universally accepted standard for responding to them. Where required, we honor applicable legally recognized opt-out mechanisms.

- with vendors that provide hosting, analytics, advertising, payment verification, customer support, security, and other operational services;
- with app stores, social networks, and platforms you use in connection with the Services;

- to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, MuKin Technology Limited, and others; or

We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably capable of identifying you.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sharing, or sales as those terms are defined by applicable law.
To submit a privacy request, email customerservice@mooingames.com and include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your player UID. We may verify your identity before completing a request. You may also use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account directly inside the game by following these steps:
Open Settings
Tap the Settings button in the upper-right corner of the game screen.
Select Delete Account
In the Settings screen, scroll to the bottom, find Delete Account, and tap the green DELETE button.
Confirm Deletion
Read the warning carefully. To continue, tap the red DELETE button in the confirmation window.
If you cannot access the game, you may also email customerservice@mooingames.com with “Delete My Account” in the subject line and include your player UID.
We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and process information in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, meeting legal and accounting obligations, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for an adult audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us improperly, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
