1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and MuKin Technology Limited (“MuKin Technology Limited,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our games and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may warn, suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Accounts

- use the Service for advertising, spam, fraud, or commercial solicitation;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- use cheats, automation, exploits, unauthorized software, or modified clients; or
- exchange virtual coins, chips, or items for real money, goods, or anything of monetary value.
4. Social Casino Notice
Croc Pokies is a social casino game intended for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling. Virtual coins and items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money or prizes, and may not be transferred outside the Service. Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real-money gambling.
5. Virtual Items and Purchases
The Service may allow you to obtain virtual currency or virtual items through an authorized platform such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, or another approved provider. Platform purchases are also governed by that platform’s terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from the Service unless we have expressly authorized it.
7. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for content you submit or transmit through the Service. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
To the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute content you submit. This license is subject to applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that defects will always be corrected, or that the Service will be free from harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuKin Technology Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or use, arising from the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the Service during the 180 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MuKin Technology Limited and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content submitted by you.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, network or utility failures, government action, epidemics, or failures of third-party platforms.
